I’m Oliver, a Solution-Focussed Hypnotherapist offering personalised, evidence-based sessions to help with anxiety, stress, confidence, smoking or vaping cessation, sports performance, IBS, weight management, phobias, and sleep issues.
My approach uses proven therapeutic techniques to help you create positive change by working with your subconscious mind. Sessions are available online.
I’m fully trained by the award-winning SFTA Hypnotherapy Training Academy and accredited by the Association of Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP). Since completing my degree in Psychological Science, I have been a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).

Solution-Focussed Hypnotherapy can be successful in treating many conditions.
In 2024, Barney et al. found that hypnotherapy significantly reduced anxiety and depression. When investigating hypnotherapy and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), a 2015 study by Miller et al. showed that gut-focused hypnotherapy is an effective intervention for IBS. This type of therapy has shown success in stopping vaping/smoking, enhancing sports performance and managing weight or pain.
